Mark Logan, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mark has over 20 years of extensive sales and management experience and a proven track record of building successful companies in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining Rivermine, he served as the Vice-President and General Manager for PeopleSoft's CRM Business Unit, helping to establish PeopleSoft as a leading CRM software provider.

Mark joined PeopleSoft from its acquisition of JD Edwards, where as a Vice-President and General Manager, he led the company's aggressive entry into the CRM market. As a senior executive of YOUcentric Inc., a start-up software application firm, he successfully grew the company's CRM sales operations ultimately resulting in a favorable acquisition by JD Edwards in 2001.

Mark holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from Providence College.

Kevin Dunetz, Executive Vice-President of Global Services
Kevin has been designing and developing innovative telecommunications software for over 16 years. His experience with object-oriented programming and telecommunications has gained him wide recognition and respect as one of the top professionals in his field. Kevin is the principal architect of the Rivermine enterprise telecommunications management software.

Kevin began his career with BellCore in the late 1980s designing test algorithms for ISDN circuits and eventually he became recognized for his innovative skills in creating Telecommunications standards for Broadband Technologies, earning him the status of “Gold Color” employee.

In 1994, Kevin began leading the technical direction of CICAT Networks, devoting two years to the development of broadband communication protocols which were licensed to more than 150 hardware manufacturers worldwide. He also led projects to create and deliver industry-leading telecom pricing tools, DSL pre-qualification software, ISDN line monitoring software, and numerous other technical innovations now used by thousands of telecom professionals.

Kevin has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University.

Steve Sincavage, Chief Financial Officer
Steve Sincavage brings over 10 years of experience managing the finance functions for emerging technology companies. He currently serves as Rivermine's Vice President of Finance overseeing the financial, legal and administrative matters for the Company.

Prior to joining Rivermine, Steve held similar financial positions at privately held technology companies. He was Vice President of Finance at Fine Point Technologies, a subscriber acquisition technology company, Controller at Digital Paper Corporation, a document management software company and Controller at POMS Corporation, a manufacturing execution systems software company. Steve has helped build and guide companies from their early stages through significant growth periods, including their eventual sale to public companies.

Steve is a CPA and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.

John Shea, Chief Marketing Officer
John brings over 17 years of high technology experience to Rivermine. He currently serves as Rivermine’s Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing demand creation, product strategy, product marketing/management, and corporate communications.

Prior to Rivermine, John served as Vice President of Product Marketing, Management and Corporate Strategy for Nuance. John joined Nuance during its early stages in 1998 and helped ramp the company from four live customers to over 1000 during his six year tenure. He was also heavily involved in Nuance’s highly successful initial public offering which resulted in a market valuation of over $5 billion. Earlier in his career, John was a member of the initial Intel Pentium Processor marketing team that helped ramp product shipments from zero to over 10 million units per quarter in two years. He has also held marketing and technical positions at OnLive Technologies and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.

John holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration/Management from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Ken Lienemann, Vice-President of Sales
Ken has more than 13 years of extensive sales, service delivery and telecommunications experience and demonstrated success growing early stage companies in telecom related fields. Prior to joining Rivermine, he served as Vice President of Commercial Sales for Control Point Solutions, where he was a key contributor from its initial launch through its entry into the commercial space as Broadmargin.

Ken joined Control Point Solutions from Step 9, where, as a co-founder, he helped drive its growth through 2001-- including double-digit sales growth and $20 million in venture funding. Ken began his career at Accenture by working on Project Livewire development and architecture teams. He then worked for Architel (later acquired by Nortel) and was responsible for delivering large engagements to RBOC's and PTT's as well as building and running the company's Sales Engineering & Support team.

Ken holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering w/ Honors from West Virginia University.

Jim Carroll, Executive Vice-President of Global Wireless Services
Jim has been working in the wireless industry for more than 15 years with companies such as Verizon Wireless, BellSouth Cellular and Telephone and Data Systems in a variety of sales and operations roles. Prior to the merger with Rivermine, Jim served as CEO and founder of BBR Wireless Management, successfully growing the company from the ground up.

Jim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.

Tat Ng, Vice-President of Engineering
Tat has close to 20 years of senior software engineering experience in both the U.S. and abroad. He currently serves as Rivermine’s Vice-President of Engineering, managing the overall organization and overseeing the development and maintenance of new and current software versions.

Prior to joining Rivermine, Tat served as Engineering Director for Borland Software, an enterprise solutions provider for Application Lifecycle Management and Software Delivery Optimization. Gaining extensive international experience, he also worked as Vice President of Engineering for ECnet, a Web-based enterprise application for supply chain management. Tat has also held senior engineering positions with Sybase and NRM Computer Systems.

Tat holds a B.S. in Eletrical Engineering and graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona.

Mike Gorman, Chief Technology Officer
Mike Gorman serves as Chief Technology Officer at Rivermine. Mike is responsible for the overall architecture of the software, as well as defining the product vision and strategy. Mike has over 15 years of enterprise software experience working with object-oriented technologies and distributed computing.

Prior to joining Rivermine, Mike spent 3 years at PeopleSoft & J.D. Edwards where he worked in the Architecture Group as one of 12 Principal Engineers. Mike's other experiences include tenures at Sybase, the National Security Agency and Director of Architecture for YOUcentric, a startup he helped grow from 6-people in 1996 to over 250 people by 2001. In 2003, Mike landed the cover article for Java Developer's Journal.

Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
