Last week we attended VoiceCon 2005 in Orlando, FL.  If you were looking for some answers to help make sense of the VoIP market, then VoiceCon was a great place to be.  It was an even better place to meet people, and confirm that there are even more questions about owning and operating a mission critical IP network than there are answers.  The one thing that was made clear though, was that no one has all the answers, and migrating voice traffic onto your IP network creates the need for a whole new set of skills, technologies, and services – all at a significant cost.
