Rivermine announced the general availability of Rivermine 4.0. The
offering enables enterprises to achieve a new level of value from
automating the steps in their telecom lifecycle from procurement and
provisioning to invoice processing. The new Rivermine®
Clarity Reporting and Analytics Module applies Business Intelligence
(BI) to the data gathered through such automation, enabling
corporations to make better and faster decisions about their voice,
data and wireless networks. Other new capabilities in Rivermine 4.0
can provide additional network savings while making it easier than
ever before to use the Rivermine solution.
Working with the leading BI
provider, MicroStrategy, Rivermine Clarity features include:
- Dashboards: Configurable web
screens enable network key performance indicators to be tracked in
real-time using easy to understand gauges, graphs, and charts.
- Detailed Graphical Reports:
Generate reports such as Minimum Annual Revenue Commitment (MARC),
telecom spend for particular carriers and service types, etc.
Customizable "ad-hoc" reports can also be easily created through
intuitive report-building wizards with drag-and-drop features.
- Analytics: Supports "what-if"
analysis, forecasting, trending, planning, and predictive modeling. The
extensive data available in the automated Rivermine system can be
mined to price/performance optimize networks.
