Rivermine Clarity was the first product in the market to fully integrate Business Intelligence (BI) into a TEM solution. In Rivermine 5.0, Rivermine takes analytics to a whole new level with the introduction of the Rivermine Clarity® Decision Engine. Decision Engine enables your organization to perform automatic benchmark measurements and a wide variety of network optimization analysis.

• Benchmark Measurement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Configurable and pre-set KPIs allow you to automatically run comparisons of your organization’s performance against industry peers or your own historical performance and benchmark targets. Working with leading industry analysts, Rivermine surveyed the market to identify the key performance indicators that are most important to the industry and best in class performance metrics in those areas.  That information can be leveraged in the software to help you improve your business processes.

• Improved Dispute Management –Rivermine’s Telco Interface enables rapid integration, and automated communication with, all vendors in multiple areas (ordering as well as finance/disputes).  Rivermine has long been the only vendor to offer this type of functionality.  In 5.0, improved dispute management capabilities have been integrated with Telco Interface to provide real-time automated updates from the carrier for logged issues and disputes.
